Icon Defense of the Ancients Achievement System & Points

Rules:
•All achievements must be either witnessed by an achievement Admin or screen shot and posted on this thread (depends on the achievement).
•You can only get a maximum of two achievements per game.
•To be eligible for Hall of Fame positions you must post your score and it must be approved by an admin that witnessed the event on these boards.

Basics

Kill Related

Following five must be when four enemy players are present in game and under 60 minutes. Also the "killer" must survive.
First blood - 5 Points - First Timers
Double Kill - 5 Points - Dobley Kill
Triple Kill - 5 Points - 777
Ultra Kill - 5 Points - Just shy of five
Rampage - 10 Points - Rampage

Following five require achievement admin approval. First and last kills must be between a one minute and fifteen second time period.
Kill one player one on one from 100% to 0% and live - 5 Points - Win a duel
Kill two players one on two from 100% to 0% and live - 5 Points - Stacked odds
Kill three players one on three from 100% to 0% and live - 10 Points - Get a piece of this
Kill four players one on four from 100% to 0% and live - 10 Points - Iron Man
Kill five players one on five from 100% to 0% and live - 15 Points - Fight the Powa!

Following five must be when four enemy players are present in game and under 60 minutes.
Go 5 and 0 - 5 Points - Unstoppable
Go 10 and 0 - 5 Points - Beyond Godlike
Go 15 and 0 - 10 Points - Monstrous
Go 20 and 0 - 15 Points - The Man
Go 30 and 0 - 25 Points - Hesusian Justice

Following four must be when four enemy players are present at the end of the game with your team being the victor.
Go an entire game without one death - 5 Points - Hearty
Go an entire game without one death, and 10 kills - 10 Points - Determined Fighter
Go an entire game without one death, and 20 kills - 20 Points - Indestructible
Go an entire game without one death, and 30 kills - 30 Points - Immortal

Following seven must be when four enemy players are present at the end of the game with your team being the victor.
Get 10 assists - 5 Points - The Assistant
Get 15 assists - 5 Points - Generosity
Get 20 assists - 5 Points - The Team Player
Get 25 assists - 5 Points - The 'Echo Slammer'
Get 30 assists - 5 Points - The Still Blood Hungry
Get 35 assists - 10 Points - The Broke One
Get 40 assists - 15 Points - I've Been Kill Stolen!

Hero Related

The following must be witnessed by an Achievement Admin.

Get a Rampage kill with Techies mines - 5 Points - Boooom!
Get a Triple or higher kill with Furion's ultimate(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - Zap
Get a Triple or higher kill with Zues's ultimate(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - Thunder... THUNDER!
Get a Triple or higher kill from Centaur's thorns(You cannot attack the targets that are killed) - 5 Points - Right back at ya'
Get a Double or higher kill from Antimage's ultimate - 5 Points - Heard you were OOM
Get a kill with Sniper's ultimate on someone with over 3500 health - 5 Points - BOOM! Headshot!
Get a Double or higher kill during Void's ultimate with no outside help(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - Dome of Destruction
Get a Double or higher kill with Clockwerk's rocket - 5 Points - Kill Two Birds With One Stone
Get a Triple or higher kill with Lich's ultimate(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - Frozen in Place
Get a Double or higher kill with Shadow Fiend's ultimate(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - Peek-a-Boo
Get a Triple or higher kill with Yurnero's ultimate(Refresher not allowed) - 5 Points - All Over The Place
Get a Triple or higher kill with Obsidian Destroyer's ultimate(Refresher no allowed) - 5 Points - Smarter Than You

Stat Related

The following must be at the end of a winning game that lasted less than 75 minutes.

Get 100 total creep kills - 5 Points - The 100 Man
Get 200 total creep kills - 5 Points - The 200 Man
Get 300 total creep kills - 5 Points - The 300 Man
Get 400 total creep kills - 5 Points - The 400 Man
Get 500 total creep kills - 5 Points - The 500 Man
Get 600 total creep kills - 10 Points - The 600 Man
Get 20 denies - 5 points - In 20s Denial
Get 30 denies - 5 Points - In 30s Denial
Get 40 denies - 5 Points - In 40s Denial
Get 50 denies - 5 Points - In 50s Denial
Get 75 denies - 5 Points - The 75th Deny
Get 100 denies - 10 Points - In Denial
Kill 50 neutral creeps - 5 Points - Wild Man
Kill 100 neutral creeps - 5 Points - The Hunter

Went 9-0 with Skeleton King just now, 5v5 inhouse. The game where Kowz got an Ultra Kill with refreshed Zeus Ult.
